General Terms and Conditions of Sale – Spa Splendid Nice

1. Subject

These General Terms and Conditions of Sale (hereinafter “GTCS”) govern the online sale of treatments, appointment bookings, and the purchase of gift vouchers offered by Spa Splendid, operated by S.A SHIN, whose registered office is located at 50 boulevard Victor Hugo, 06000 Nice, registered with the RCS of Nice under Siret number 775 551 641 00019.

Any order placed on the Spa Splendid website implies full and unconditional acceptance of these GTCS.

2. Services Offered

Spa Splendid offers:

-Beauty and wellness treatments (massages, facials, body treatments, etc.),

-Online booking for these services,

-Online purchase of gift vouchers valid for use at the establishment.

3. Orders and Reservations

3.1 Appointment Booking

-Appointments can be made directly online via the Spa Splendid booking tool at www.spa-splendid.com or by phone at +33 4 93 16 41 68.

-Any online or phone booking requires a deposit and is confirmed by email.

-Spa Splendid reserves the right to modify or cancel an appointment in case of unforeseen circumstances (staff unavailability, force majeure, etc.).

3.2 Online Purchases

-The client selects the desired service or gift voucher, validates the order, and proceeds with secure online payment.

-Order validation constitutes acceptance of these GTCS.

4. Gift Vouchers

-Gift vouchers are valid exclusively at Spa Splendid for a period of 6 months from the date of purchase.

-They are non-refundable, non-exchangeable, and cannot be combined with other promotional offers.

-In case of loss or theft, no duplicate will be issued.

5. Prices and Payment

-Prices are displayed in euros, including VAT, based on the applicable rate on the day of the order.

-Spa Splendid reserves the right to modify its prices at any time. However, services will be invoiced according to the prices in effect at the time of order validation.

-Online payment is secure and can be made by credit card or any other payment method indicated on the website.

6. Cancellation and Modification Policy

-Reservations can be canceled or modified free of charge up to 24 hours before the scheduled appointment. After this period, the deposit will be retained.

-In case of late cancellation or no-show, the treatment will be considered due, and no refund will be issued.

-Gift vouchers are non-refundable in case of cancellation.

7. Right of Withdrawal

In accordance with Article L221-28 of the French Consumer Code:

-The 14-day right of withdrawal does not apply to leisure services scheduled for a specific date or period (appointments).

-For gift vouchers, the client has a 14-day right of withdrawal from the date of purchase, unless the voucher has already been used in whole or in part.

8. Liability

-Spa Splendid cannot be held liable for damages resulting from improper use of treatments or their unsuitability for the client’s needs.

-The client must inform spa staff of any medical condition or contraindication prior to receiving a treatment.

9. Personal Data

Information collected during orders and bookings is processed in accordance with current regulations (GDPR).
The client has the right to access, correct, and delete their personal data by contacting Spa Splendid at spa@splendid-nice.com

10. Dispute Resolution

In case of a dispute, the client is invited to contact Spa Splendid’s customer service for an amicable resolution.
If no agreement is reached, the consumer may refer the matter to a consumer mediator free of charge.
These GTCS are governed by French law.
